How long have you been with Tribe Butler?
Since April 2023 – so roughly 8 months (but i have been in childcare for almost 3 years)
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Seeing childrens personalities blossom and then shine, but also when I walk into the room and a children scream my name and run for a cuddle

Neither as I am allergic to caffeine (which also means no coca cola too)

If you could invite one children’s book character to your centre, who would it be?
Pig the pug – because he’s sooo cheeky and the pig the pug books always get a giggle out of the children
