Our Enrolment Process
Our enrolment process has been designed to ensure we fully understand your family’s needs and make the journey as seamless and convenient as possible:
Register Your Interest
Start by registering your interest and booking a tour at your local Tribe centre.
Chat with Our Team
A friendly staff member will contact you to discuss your family’s needs and answer any questions.
Spot Availability or Waitlist
We’ll guide you through the enrolment paperwork if a spot is available. If your child isn’t ready for care yet or the centre is full, we’ll add you to our waitlist and keep you updated.
Orientation and Start
Once your child is ready to start, we’ll organise an orientation to help them settle in comfortably.Supporting Families Every Step of the Way
We know time is precious, so we’ll provide everything you need to make the process stress-free:
- Details about fees, subsidies, and any required paperwork, like birth certificates and immunisation records.
- Regular updates if your child is on a waitlist.
- A warm welcome to make your family feel part of our Tribe from day one.
