Tanya Cracknell

I have been in the childcare and early learning sector for over 15 years, working in many different roles throughout the time. I’m caring and passionate, and strive to be the best role model not only to the educators within the centre, but to the children we care for each and every day.

I understand that each child is unique, and I absolutely love watching each child grow into their own person. Over the years, I have strived to ensure each child is safe, supported and loved each day here at the centre. I understand the busy life outside of these walls so I ensure each child gets the best possible start whilst in my care.

I love exploring each individual family’s culture. I am all about manners, patience, caring for all that I encounter daily, and the safety of those within the centre. I love showing the knowledge I’ve built over the years, and showing and guiding educators the many ways we can approach a scenario within the workplace.

I have lived in Perth my whole life. I love being outside including camping, 4WDing, beaches, exploring the wonderful coastline of WA, make memories, and challenging myself.
