Nicole Barber

Kaya my name is Nicole Barber I am the Centre Director here at Tribe Early Learning Butler. I have been working in the Early Childhood sector since 1996.

I hold my Diploma in Children’s Services. As a Centre Manager my goal is to work with children, families and educators to build a strong partnership, and a sense of belonging for all.

I am also passionate about developing knowledge within children, families and staff around the Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander culture. We must acknowledge and embrace all our family’s cultures and cultural backgrounds and understand that it takes a village (Tribe) to raise children. We acknowledge parents as our primary partners to deliver collaborative, high-quality care, and a foundational learning program for your children.
