Leeanne Rough

My name is Leeanne and I have been in the Early Childhood sector for 23 years. For about 13 of those years I have been working in management.

I hold an Advance Diploma in Children’s Services and have held various positions in the childcare industry. I love being active and playing sport, spending time with my family and friends, and visiting new places.

I believe that all children should be given the best education possible, which is why I have chosen to work in the industry. I love focusing on the “hidden curriculum” that a child brings to their day, as well as providing opportunities beyond the traditional classroom learning.

I strive to provide children a curriculum that provides the opportunities to learn from their environment, educators, families, and community. I also love getting families involved in the service through family and networking events.
